These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website of Amethyst NA Spirits ("Amethyst," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 120 Bluffton Rd, Bluffton, SC 29910, and any purchases you make through it, including orders placed through our online shop. By accessing our website, subscribing to our newsletter, or placing an online order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
Amethyst NA Spirits is a brand of Moon King Entertainment Group, which operates the website and is the entity responsible for these Terms. Moon King Entertainment Group's other brands include The Bank, Burnt Church Distillery, Hail Mary's Spirits & Sports Bar, Side Hustle Brewing Co., Old Route 69 Brewery, and The Press Room.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, subscribe to our newsletter, or place an order through our online shop. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access where we reasonably believe an age requirement has not been met.
Use of Our Website
You may use our website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes: learning about our products, viewing recipes and events, subscribing to our newsletter, and purchasing products through our online shop. You agree not to:

Online Orders and Shipping
Products purchased through our online shop are sold subject to the following terms, in addition to any terms presented at checkout. Orders are placed through our website using Shopify.
- Payment. Online orders are processed through Shopify. Payment card information is handled by Shopify and its payment processors; we do not receive or store your full payment card number.
- Shipping. We ship orders to addresses within [the United States]. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Failed or refused deliveries. If a package is returned to us because the shipping address was inaccurate or incomplete, or because the delivery was refused, we may refund your order less shipping costs or reship it at your expense.
- Returns. Because our products are consumable, only unopened products in their original condition may be returned, within 30 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. To start a return, contact us at info@moonkingentertainment.com with your order number.
- Damaged or incorrect items. If a product arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Product appearance. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but packaging, labels, and colors may vary slightly from the images on our website.
Pricing, Orders, and Payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order, even after a confirmation has been sent, and to refund any amount charged.
Online orders are processed through Shopify at the time of purchase. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Amethyst NA Spirits products are non-alcoholic. If you send us feedback, reviews, photographs, recipes, suggestions, or other materials, or tag Amethyst NA Spirits on social media, you grant Moon King Entertainment Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display those materials in connection with our marketing and operations, with attribution where practical. You represent that you own or have the right to share anything you submit, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We are not obligated to use, and may remove, any submission.

Our website is hosted on Webflow, our email marketing is delivered through Mailchimp, and our online shop runs on Shopify.
